Our Hokuriku Sake Night was an overwhelming success. We welcomed our guests to join us as our extended family while our team of talented chefs prepared a magnificent dinner table-side! All seven courses were prepared in front of our guests as an interactive presentation; each dish was thoughtfully paired with a different Sake of the Hokuriku region. Giant crabs, whole tuna and amazing Sake: we cannot wait to do it again.
